We are looking for an experienced and energetic Reservation | Revenue Manager to join the team at The Lodge Wadjemup. Based primarily in our Fremantle office, this role also includes some travel to beautiful Rottnest Island, working closely with our Commercial, Operational and Support teams to drive performance across rooms revenue, reservations, distribution and guest experience. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, and working closely with our Sales and Marketing Manager, and forming part of our wider Commercial Team, you will take ownership of: Reservations operations and guest communications Revenue strategy and optimisation Forecasting, budgeting and reporting Distribution and channel management OTA performance and relationships Yield management and pricing strategy Market analysis and identifying revenue opportunities Supporting group, conference and event business opportunities Preparing accommodation group quotes in a timely and accurate manner Assisting operational and support teams with internal accommodation and ferry bookings Leading weekly RevMax meetings for the senior executive team, providing clear insights into booking trends, market performance, the commercial trading environment, and guidance on revenue opportunities Supporting key commercial and operational project work, ensuring projects and tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and on time Working collaboratively with Front Office, Sales & Marketing and operational leaders across the business You will also play a key role in championing and optimising our systems and processes. About You You are: Self-motivated and highly proactive Commercially minded with a strong analytical skillset Passionate about hospitality and guest experience Confident communicating across all levels of the business Organised with exceptional time management skills Highly detail-oriented with strong attention to detail — this is a must Creative and able to think outside the box to generate revenue opportunities Collaborative and team-focused Calm under pressure and solutions driven Confident both in person and over the phone You will ideally have strong experience with: PMS systems, with MEWS experience highly regarded IDeaS Revenue Management System Fairmas forecasting and budgeting Channel Managers OTAs and third-party distribution Event Temple or similar event management systems Advanced reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis Why Join Us?
